Hello! Thank you for visiting my Profile on Leanladies. Here is a little bit about myself, including my background. Currently I am fortunate to be involved in many various occupations. I am a personal trainer who trains individuals at a choice of two gyms, outside, or in their homes. I also teach fitness classes at these two gyms when needed. The classes I am skilled at teaching include step, kickboxing, hi/low, pilates, circuit, toning and sculpting, hip-hop, boot camp, self-defense. I have been involved in training and teaching in the gym environment for about eight years now. In addition, I am available for modeling, video work, guest posing, and guest speaking. Recently I attained a modeling position. I model for art classes in art studios, colleges, and in peoples homes. Lastly, I had taken a break for some time, but am currently back up on the wrestling list and am available for sessions locally and or when I travel. I have been involved in wrestling for over two years. The types of sessions I am available for include; muscle worship, posing, light and fantasy wrestling, lift and carry, foot fetish, role play, and some special requests. My
back is fairly inclusively involved in the knowledge of physical fitness
and exercise physiology. I attained a BA in Physical Education from
Chico State, CA in 1999. I stayed in Chico for two more years, receiving
a MA in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology in 2001. I am also
nationally certified through NSCA(National Strength and Conditioning
Association) in personal training. Other national certifications I hold
include; AFAA aerobics instruction, and ISSA Sports Nutrition. |

Questionaire Why did you start, How long have you been training? I have been weight training for 15yrs. I have been bodybuilding for 3yrs. I got into it because I liked the effects it has on my body. Favorite exercise\muscle workout? All the workouts are my favorite workout. I would say it has more to do with how I feel. Whenever I feel 100%, those are the best, whenever I feel less than, those workouts are my least favorite. It's all good though baby! Best part of your body? My best body part is legs. Who do you admire in the Fitness\bodybuilding world? Why? There are many people i admire in the sport. I could not pin it down to one. Anyone who trains and diets to attain the look we have-----more power to em'!. Whats you weekly training program? My trainer, Bobby Sanders, changes my program every 6 weeks so my muscles do not adapt. Right now I am getting ready to compete and the program consists of me increasing 2 reps per week, instead of increasing weight every week. By contest time I am performing 20 to 22 reps per exercise. Best achievement in you sport? Outside the sport? Best achievement in sport----WBFA 1st and overall heavyweight, Santa Cruz, CA, 2003. Biggest achievement, attaining a Masters in PE and Exercise Physiology in 2001 from Chico State,CA. Whats your future goals? Future goals change all the time. I do want to have a family, that is very important to me. Favorite saying? Dance like noone is watching, Love like you have never been hurt. Movie? Too many fav. movies to choose from. I just saw Bringing Down the House and would highly recommend it for an Steve Martin fans. Singer\bands? Mostly R &B/hip-hop, and alternative rock, I listen to a bit of everything though TV Show? I do not watch TV Actor\Actress? Just too many to pick only one or two What do you like doing in your spare time (if u have any!!)? Spare time??? Holiday destination (have been to or wanna go to) ? I want to travel all over the world, that is one reason I love my job so much. What makes you laugh?
I laugh very easily. I find humor and laughter to be one of the most
spiritual things I could be involved in. |
